Double 0 Donald?

Double 0 Donald?
Trump could be charged under espionage act

Trump was more or less right when he said he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it. Even so, the slow-burn story of classified documents found in Mar-a-Lago could catch fire. Last week CNN reported that Jack Smith, the special prosecutor on the case, had a recording of Trump boasting to guests at his Florida home that he had classified documents on US war plans in Iraq. If so, that would demolish what remains of Trump’s claim that he “did everything right”, whether by declassifying the documents himself or not having them in the first place. And it would leave Smith with little choice but to charge him with a federal crime under the espionage act. Another first for an ex-Potus who has already been found to have sexually assaulted a woman in a New York department store.
