Conservative lawyers cast a chill over corporate diversity schemes

A backlash against corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives is expected to gather steam under Trump 2.0.

Faced with the threat of legal action from conservative lawyers like America First, it now appears that even Hollywood is quietly dropping targets.

Trump has nominated former California GOP vice chair Harmeet Dhillon to head the Justice Department’s civil rights division and according to Puck she may soon lead reverse-discrimination lawsuits on behalf of the government.
